I will use my knowledge of the area, look at adjoining proper- ties, check for exterior obselence issues (if any), changes expected to take place in a paticular area and review restrictions that may be imposed by a HOA or zoning. Then, I'll look for inconsistencies in an advertised property to ensure it's the "Right " acreage, Lot or house for you and your future needs.
